WARRANTY OR RETURN POLICY
For whatever reason you have found damage, missing items, or an error in the product content upon its arrival, we would be most happy to provide replacements for the affected items purchased from us within 7 WORKING DAYS if the following conditions are met:
- Video of evidence upon goods arrival before opening up the parcel.
- The video must clearly exhibit our product content, with your AWB or consignment note stating the shipper and receiver address.
- The buyer must furnish a clear photo and elaborate on the area of defects or damage upon receiving the parcel.
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Original receipts would need to be included.
- All items would need to be purchased originally from OneBadge Malaysia.
Warranty of the functionality of the machine: 6 months of purchase date
Terms: This is only valid provided the machine is not damaged by users or dismantled or assembled without consent of Onebadge Malaysia.
Warranty void if we found that the machine is dropped, and damaged by users for not using the correct material.
Technical support:
1 year free technical support if there is any issues in terms of functionality of the machine.
