WARRANTY OR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason you have found damage, missing items, or an error in the product content upon its arrival, we would be most happy to provide replacements for the affected items purchased from us within 7 WORKING DAYS if the following conditions are met:
- Video of evidence upon goods arrival before opening up the parcel. The video must clearly exhibit our product content, with your AWB or consignment note stating the shipper and receiver address.
- The buyer must furnish a clear photo and elaborate on the area of defects or damage upon receiving the parcel.
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Original receipts would need to be included.
- All items would need to be purchased originally from OneBadge Malaysia.
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds, regardless of whether the items have been mailed back to us.
