RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you have found damage/ missing items/ error in product content upon goods arrival, we would be most happy to provide replacement of the affected items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • Originals receipts would need to be included.
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from Onebadge Malaysia.

 

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Step 1:

Email the defect or problem with photos together with consignment and invoice to support@onebadge.com.my.

Step 2:

After receiving your feedback, our support team will then analyze the root cause and shall provide the replacement/ refund within the next 48 hours.

Step 3:

Once after finalized the details of shortage or damage, we will then re-arrange the shipment to your designated address via courier service company.

Step 4:

Replacement will be arriving your doorstep within the time frame given by courier service company as determined by our management.
