We will not be responsible or compensate if the parcel is lost due to incomplete information or details from the buyer.
For custom prints or items that require additional configurations:
Your order will be shipped within 3-35 working days after receiving the artwork confirmation and payment proof.
2. How long will it take to send a parcel to my place?
The basic shipping timeline is provided below for your information, following the parcel’s collection by the courier service agent:
Within Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days or business days
To East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 8–12 working days or business days
