The shipment of your order will only be arranged after full payment of the invoice is received.  Local courier service pick-up times are scheduled as follows:

Peninsular Malaysia/ West Malaysia

1. The minimum delivery charge per shipment is RM 15.00 for the total weight, inclusive of the carton box not more than 10 kg.
2. For parcels above 10 kg, an additional RM 2.00 per kg will be charged according to the total gross weight of the parcel.
3. Delivery addresses outside the urban area will be double charged based on the standard rate stated above.
Your goods will be delivered by J&T Express or Pos Laju as assigned. Shipping time normally takes around 2–5 working days for addresses within Peninsular Malaysia and an estimation of 8–12 working days for East Malaysia.
4. Your tracking number or consignment note will be notified by WhatsApp or emailed once your delivery is arranged.

Sabah & Sarawak/ East Malaysia

1. The minimum delivery charge per shipment is RM 15.00 per kg, with the total weight inclusive of the carton box.
2. For every subsequent kg, an additional RM 12.00 per kg will be charged according to the total gross weight of the parcel.
3. Delivery addresses outside the urban area will be double charged based on the standard rate stated above.
Your goods will be delivered by J&T Express or Pos Laju within 2-5 working days.
4. Your tracking number or consignment note will be notified by WhatsApp or email once your delivery is arranged.

Important Note:
a) Payment received before 12:00 p.m.
Pick-up arrangements have to be made before 12 p.m. in order to ship on the same day (from Monday to Friday only, except public holidays). In order to make sure your order is shipped, please help to make the payment on time before 12:00 p.m. during working days.

b) Payment received after 12:00 p.m.
Full payment received after 12:00 pm will be shipped on the next working day. (From Monday to Friday only, except public holidays.) A consignment note will be given on the next working day as well.In order to make sure your order is shipped, please help to make the payment on time before 12:00 p.m. during working days.

For raw material, blank material, components, machines, and consumables:
Your order will be shipped within 2 working days after receiving the order and payment proof.

Important Note: Please make sure you have given a full address or complete shipping address with the proper recipient name and contact number in order for the courier service agent to contact you upon shipment arrival. We will not be responsible or compensate if the parcel is lost due to incomplete information or details from the buyer.

For custom prints or items that require additional configurations:
Your order will be shipped within 3-35 working days after receiving the artwork confirmation and payment proof.

The basic shipping timeline is provided below for your information, following the parcel’s collection by the courier service agent:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days or business days
To East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 8–12 working days or business days

Working days or business days are NOT inclusive of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

Note: The above timeline is based on the parcel posting date or pick-up date by the courier service agent after receiving full payment from the buyer. (If we do not receive your payment or complete address, we will not be able to arrange shipment and the shipping timeline is not effective.)
