We have established a product showroom for corporate customers around Northern region to visit us for sample viewing. Our salesperson in charge will exhibit the samples you need as well as latest models available in our showroom. Samples can be loaned/borrowed by customer(s) for decision-making purposes, e.g. for discussion with the committee or top management. Samples on loan/borrow is valid with a paid deposit amount and this deposit will be refunded after sample(s) are returned to us within the period of 30 days; otherwise sample deposit will be forfeited without further notice. Sample(s) can be returned via post, courier transportation or hand carry to our showroom/office at customer’s convenient.

With carefully screened and selected reliable logistic companies, we are equipped to support our customers from other states in Peninsular and East Malaysia. Customers are allowed to purchase samples from us for final viewing before confirming the bulk order. Sample fee & courier transportation service charge can be paid via online transfer or cash deposit into our company bank account. Upon completion of transaction, we will arrange for the requested samples to be sent out from our office on the same day or latest within the next 24 hours, to your designated address (this excludes customized Soft PVC models or special models which are not readily available in our inventory).

To further strengthen our platform with agents and resellers, we have prepared a printed catalogue with a comprehensive range of button badge designs and product range available. Hard copy catalogue and resellers’ price list will be furnished after the completion of agent registration process (SSM certificate is required for businesses of these nature: designing, printing, advertising, gifts and stationery shops. Agents and resellers are required to submit your agent application by sending us an e-mail to us at sales@shop.onebadge.com.my .

Sample fee & courier transportation service charge can be paid via online transfer or cash deposit into our company bank account. All courier transportation fees will be charged at a partially-absorbed corporate rate offered by our courier transportation service companies.

A specially prepared marketing tool and further training will be allocated for well-performing agents and resellers with commendable results in the period of 6 consecutive months.
