HOW TO MAKE A BUTTON BADGE?
Making a button badge is a fun and creative process. Here’s a simplified version of the steps to make a basic button badge:
Step 1- DESIGN
Get your desired artwork ready by using designing softwares such as adobe illustrator, corel draw, canva and so on. Search free drawing tutorial from Youtube with keywords “how to draw with AI/ Corel Draw software”.
Step 2- PRINT
Send your artwork to a printing house to print or print it out using your own printer. You can buy a normal inkjet printer for a start-up. To enhance the print quality, please consider to use 115gsm photo paper. Product link below: Inkjet Photo Paper 115gsm
Step 3- CUT
Cut the printed artwork using die cutter or plotter. For beginner, you may consider a die cutter or adjustable acrylic cutter. Link as follows:

Step 4- Material
Get your material ready together with the printed artwork that has been cut according to the artwork size. Please refer the link below for artwork guideline and material selection:

Step 5- Punch
Place the metal shell in the button badge machine, followed by the printed artwork and a clear plastic mylar cover.

Step 6- Packaging & Distribution
Once you have a batch of completed button badges, organize and package them for distribution.
